FlavorActiV’s Coffee Flavor Library consists of GMP Flavor Standards that align with the SCAA Coffee Taster’s Flavor Wheel© and the Sensory Lexicon created by World Coffee Research. When utilized together, these three powerful tools provide excellent training and identification information for coffee cuppers throughout the farm-to-cup chain. The Coffee Flavor Library can be used with water for initial training or mixed with coffee for advanced or product specific training, and offers consistent, stable, and recognized flavor attributes.
